Introduction to PM Career Design

PM Career Design is a guided toolkit. Eight project management topics are bundled as 2-lesson courses with a video going over each lesson, and accompanying worksheets with suggested thought starters and notes. Put it all together, at your own pace, and you have a guided coaching toolkit to help you navigate your project landscape. And if you prefer all 8 lessons also come bundled together as a program. This content assumes a few things about you, including that you have had previous PM exposure, whether that’s project management, program management, product management, or other titles/roles that lead others to execute the vision of change.
