As the founder of Maypop Grove, Jennifer has led transformation initiatives across nearly 60 global organizations—helping leaders navigate complex challenges in sectors ranging from high-tech and healthcare to entertainment, retail, and manufacturing.
Her teaching style blends strategic depth with a refreshingly human-centered approach. With over 15 years of experience guiding more than 2,700 adult learners in graduate and postgraduate settings, Jennifer is known for her engaging, practical, and reflective learning environments. Her core philosophy—learn one, do one, teach one—invites learners to not only absorb knowledge, but to apply and share it meaningfully.
Certified in Project Management (PMP), Change Management (CCMP), Risk Management (RMP), New Product Development (NPDP), and sustainable design (LFA), Jennifer integrates professional rigor with real-world insight.
