PM Career Design Workshop

PM Career Design is a guided workshop to check your motivations, experience, goals and presence as a PM. Each section introduces the PM Career Design video topic, captures the key notes, and then ends with suggested thought starters or frameworks (fill-in-the-blanks or suggestions) for journaling. Put it all together at your own pace, milestone by milestone. This content assumes a few things about you, including that you've had previous PM exposure, whether as project manager, product manager, or other roles that help others execute successful change management. Development planning, purpose-checking, or job searching, use these tools to refine your goals and your storytelling!
